    These guys failed to meet the standard twice!

    I attended the store last weekend and took up an offer for a home measure and quote with Rick. At the agreed time he failed to arrive and it took me to chase him up to request his attendance. When he arrived his apology seemed sincere so i was happy to clean the slate. As he was leaving Rick gave a commitment to have my quote emailed through by cob. This didnt occur its 930 am the following day and no response.

    You have failed your commitments twice Rick and you have lost my confidence. I will take my business to somewhere more reliable.
