  Went last week looking for product and shelf was empty. Asked at front and they said they would call staff member and to go back to aisle and wait. I waited 10 mins then went back to front and she said, "I knew you'd come back eventually, (name given) is on lunch, what were you looking for?"
  I told her then she said, "if there's none on shelf, (name given) said they were out of stock, you'll have to wait until we get more."
  I said "Ok when will that be?"
  She said, "I don't know"
  
  I write this review now as I'm on the phone on hold for 21 mins and counting to see if they have it in stock.
  
  I suggest you train your staff as to what customer service is - I will never go to Bunnings capalaba again..
